Service Desk

Reach a helpful agent anytime at NYU IT’s 24-hour Service Desk. You can get immediate help with basic matters or request that a ticket be created on your behalf for more advanced matters that need to be escalated.

Digital Studio

Web Publishing’s support team provides consultations by appointment for NYU faculty and staff during business hours. Due to restrictions on access to campus locations, all consultations scheduled with support team members will occur virtually via Zoom.

Feature request

To suggest new functionality or a specific feature that could be beneficial to the entire academic community, use the following form to describe it and to make the case for it.

Please note that requesting a feature is not a guarantee that it will ultimately be added to the Web Publishing environment. Suggestions are compared with competing products and evaluated for wide use. Themes and plugins are vetted for security, scalability, accessibility, acceptability.
